These roses come from Ecuador. Where the equator is very close, so the roses have enough sun and warmth to grow all day. So the greenhouses there do not need extra heating, as here in Europe. The roses grow enormously strong from the radiant sun and, with the right care, can stay in the vase for a very long time. The Queens Crown's outer leaves have a slightly darker purple colour than the inside of the rose. The rose petals are very playfully folded around the heart of the rose, very different from the classic rose!
