The following applies to all orders: we always send our roses fresh from the grower, conditioned and in special packaging. As an orderer, make sure that someone is at home at the time of delivery! Therefore, keep an eye on the track and trace code and inform the recipient that he or she can expect fresh flowers if necessary.
Shipping information per delivery country
We deliver roses in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Below you will find all information about the deliveries and the corresponding shipping costs. Special roses, which for example are coloured, have a longer delivery time. The delivery time of the roses is mentioned individually with each bouquet.
Delivery of roses in the Netherlands
Shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands are:
- DHL Standard Shipping: €6,95 (Tue-Sat).
Orders with standard shipment above €100,00 will be delivered without delivery charges. - DHL Sameday/evening delivery: €7,95 (Mon-Fri).
Orders with evening delivery above €100,00: €9,95. - DHL Express shipping: €19,95 (Tue-Fri).
Guaranteed delivery attempt on the desired date.
Standard delivery with DHL:
Provided that orders are ordered before 17:00, orders with DHL can usually be delivered the next day from Tuesday to Saturday.
Evening Delivery/SameDayDelivery with DHL:
Orders ordered before 11:00h can be delivered the same evening in the Netherlands until approx. 22:30h. This applies to private delivery addresses only! Business addresses cannot be included in the evening delivery. If a private address is located on an industrial estate, DHL often classifies it as a business address with a risk of delay. Evening delivery can be chosen for all working days in the week, from Monday to Friday.
Excluded from evening deliveries are:
- The islands
- The Bijlmermeer in Amsterdam
- Industrial areas
- Business addresses
- Refugee centres

Express shipping with DHL:
Provided you order before 15:00h, you can choose next-day delivery. Delivery days are from Tuesday to Friday. With Express shipment you choose a guaranteed delivery attempt on the desired delivery date.

Order the queen of flowers online
Sending roses can be very simple: after you have made your choice on one of our main pages such as: order roses and selected the desired delivery date, our flowers are prepared for shipment. This happens the day before your desired delivery date. You want to send flowers to a different delivery address? No problem! If you want to make others happy, just enter the delivery address of the person you want to send the flowers to. Naturally, the invoice with the amount you ordered roses for will not be added to the packaging in which our roses are sent. You will only receive the invoice at the e-mail address you entered when ordering these roses.
During transport, we keep the roses fresh by packing them with a "freshbag". This ensures that the stems do not dry out during transport, as the fresh bag contains rose food and water. This way, the roses are guaranteed to stay fresh for 48 hours. If the outside temperature exceeds 25 degrees, we add biodegradable "cooling packs" to every order so that the roses reach the recipient in optimal condition.
Our shipping partner
All our online orders are shipped postage paid with our own developed packaging. Our regular shipping partner is DHL, nationally and internationally. We have deliberately chosen DHL because of their reliable service, their global network and their sustainable operations. For example, our orders in Europe's major cities are already increasingly delivered by electric car.
Delivery to private addresses
When delivering the order to a private address, please ensure that the recipient's name is clearly stated on the shipping form. Otherwise our shipping partner will not be able to deliver the order. Important: If the recipient cannot be found, delivery will be made to a neighbour's home, a new delivery attempt will be made the next working day or the item can be picked up at a post office. Please keep a close eye on the track&trace code for this at all times. Deliveries to packing stations, parcel shops and PO boxes are not possible.
If the delivery address is not a business address, please do not enter a company name. This may cause confusion for the delivery person, resulting in the parcel being returned, which is of course not the intention.
If necessary, make sure someone is aware that a parcel is being delivered, so that there is someone at home to accept it. In Germany, it is required that the name on the parcel matches the name at the door. Therefore, make sure that if you ship to Germany, the name at the delivery address matches the family name that is also visible at the door.
Delivery to business addresses
Deliveries to business addresses are possible. In case of delivery to a business address, the name of the company/company and the name of the recipient must be stated with the order. If the name of the company/company is not stated, but it is a business delivery address, the order cannot be delivered. For business addresses, we recommend choosing the shipping method: standard delivery. Desired delivery date
Orders for delivery in the Netherlands are shipped by DHL on the day before the desired delivery date. Delivery is 95% on the desired day, unfortunately it may happen that a driver ends up in a traffic jam or has bad luck on the way. The parcel will then join the next possible day for delivery.
