This rose consists of two colours. The centre of the rose is orange, while the outer petals are pink. We send all roses fresh from the grower, which means the rose may still be closed when it arrives. The colour will appear more pink because the heart of the rose is not yet visible. When you cut a few centimetres off the stem and place the rose in a vase of fresh water with rose food, you will soon see the rose open up. Then the heart of the rose will also be clearly visible!
Why this rose is unique
It is not only the colour of the heart of the rose and the outer leaves that are different. The shape of the leaf is also different. The outer leaves are more rounded and less folded. If you look at the centre of the rose, you will see that the leaves are folded together much more. This playful effect of the centre of the rose is what makes it so beloved. When the roses bloom, this rose can really surprise you!

Why order these roses?
Many people are looking for David Austin roses. David Austin roses are known for the playful folded rose petals in the heart of the rose. This rose from Ecuador has the same shape and playful rose petals. The main difference between a David Austin rose and the Pink X-Pression is the vase life. A real David Austin rose will last about 5 days in a vase, while the rose from Ecuador will last 7-14 days, both with good care. In addition, the David Austin roses come from England and this rose gets sun all day long because they grow in Ecuador near the equator. That simply makes this rose extremely strong.
These roses are strong, have the same playful effect as the David Austin rose and generally have a longer vase life. So they have nothing but advantages! This way you can bring the beauty of the garden rose into your home and the quality and strength of a regular rose.
The grower of this rose
There are few florists who can tell you where a rose comes from, let alone who grew it. We can usually tell you who grew each of our roses. Through our contact with the growers, we can tell you a lot about the grower, the sustainability and the rose itself. The grower of these roses is Naranjo Roses. They already have 55 hectares of land divided over 3 locations where they grow roses for you to enjoy at home.
They are located just below the equator. As a result, the roses grow in very good conditions, receiving warmth and sun all day long. This makes the roses extremely strong and gives them a long vase life. With 6 certificates, they show that they grow, send and develop roses as sustainably as possible.
